Not even that certain. Hispanic voters, who by that very fact would have had to have crossed the legitimate hurdles are NOT predisposed to unanimously favor others who flout those hurdles and then worsen the employment prospects of them and theirs.
I ran out of spit licking envelopes addressed to Republicans, many with Hispanic surnames in a town whose residents were 86 percent Hispanic.
