ProGuard Security Services bought out by Universal Protection Service

Universal Protection Service, a division of Universal Services of America and one of the largest providers of security services in the U.S., is excited to announce that they have acquired ProGuard Security Services, Inc. in Arizona and Texas. With their outstanding reputation in the security guard industry, ProGuard Security Services, Inc. employs close to 500 security officers throughout the state of Arizona and Texas and has been providing security guard services since 1990.
